  • A Liberal Arts degree, which sets students up for Alternative Certification pathways
  • PRAXIS Preparation for anyone needing to pass the licensure exams to become certified
Program Schedule
  • Live classes are offered post-dinner time on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights. Some classes are offered Saturday mornings.


Oxford Teachers College (OTC) is the undergraduate school of education at Reach University, a nonprofit regionally accredited institution of higher education with state approval to offer programs leading to teacher licensure in Arkansas, California and Louisiana.
