In the midst of lesson planning, grading papers, attending meetings, and supporting students, it's easy to overlook our own needs. However, neglecting self-care can lead to burnout, decreased job satisfaction, and ultimately, hinder our ability to effectively support our students.

Therefore, I encourage you to carve out time in your busy schedules for self-care. Here are a few strategies to consider:
